Forward-thinking employers are using student skills validation to build tomorrow's talent pipeline. See how the approach is working, and how to bring it to your organisation.

Live Online Event | Date: Tuesday 21 July 2026 | Time: 1:00pm | Duration: 45 minutes (including 10 mins Q&A)
Most employers can tell you how many young people they "engaged with" last year. Almost none can prove what happened next. In a world where boards demand data, ESG reports require evidence, and DE&I targets need proof, that gap is no longer defensible.
Forward-thinking employers are already moving beyond headcounts. They are formally validating and badging the skills young people build through work experience, T-level placements, and outreach programmes, creating industry-validated credentials that live on that student's profile for life.
This is the innovation shift in future workforce building and skills-based hiring. The question is not whether student skills validation will become standard, but whether your organisation will lead it or play catch-up.

Join us for a free, live, 45-minute panel discussion where two very different organisations share how they solved the same challenge.
Ben Mason (CEO, globalbridge) hosts a candid conversation with:
Samantha Higgins, Early Careers Outreach Manager at British Airways
Joe Pusey, Partnership and Social Value Manager at Suez
Hear how British Airways and Suez moved from "we ran a work experience week" to credentialed, lasting skills proof. Two industries, two angles, same conclusion: validated student skills build the pipeline, future-proof the brand, and give leadership the data story they need. You'll walk away with real insight on what it took to implement, what changed internally, and what early movers will have that latecomers will not.
Webinar Takeaways:
Replace headcounts with board-ready impact data and a pre-qualified talent pipeline
Turn CSR and social value spend into a measurable strategic advantage
Future-proof your programmes against the Skills Passport agenda and the Milburn Review shift
Meet DE&I and ESG targets with credible, data-backed evidence of social mobility outcomes
Give students validated skills proof that travels with them for life and satisfies Gatsby Benchmarks
Employers skills validation for students gives you a data story and a talent pipeline, and gives students proof of their abilities they can leverage before they even graduate.
This session shows you exactly how to do it.
